– Tooth Whitening (Bleaching)

This is one of the main features highlighted by the manufacturer; today, this capability is highly effective for dental clinics and economically justifies the purchase of an expensive laser device.

It is important to note that the device and the emitted laser beam themselves do not have the ability to whiten teeth. Their primary function is to accelerate the reaction of whitening gels applied to the teeth. Whitening mode is only accessible when the specific bleaching handpiece is attached.

Unlike other handpieces available in the market, the Epic X bleaching handpiece features 14 mirrors inside its chamber. This unique design allows for even laser power distribution, resulting in consistent effects on the three teeth placed under the arc and achieving optimal results.

Rechargeable: Epic offers the flexibility to operate both wirelessly (on battery) and while connected to a power source. This means you can easily charge the device and perform several procedures without needing it plugged in. Touchscreen Display: Epic is equipped with a relatively large touchscreen display that provides easy access to the device’s three main functionalities. It also allows storage of up to 20 custom soft tissue surgery programs, with 14 preset programs already available for convenience. Flexible Disposable Tips: For improved hygiene, the company uses disposable tips. These tips come in various diameters depending on the tissue being treated and are designed to be flexible, allowing the dentist to bend them to the desired angle before use. Additionally, the tip must be properly prepared by the user prior to surgery.
Wireless Foot Pedal: Operation of the Epic device is controlled via a wireless foot pedal powered by two AAA batteries. To prevent accidental activation, the pedal is equipped with a spring-loaded cover.
