Zirconia Tooth Crown Procedure:

If you really must drink colored beverages, try drinking them through a straw, and after consuming colored foods or drinks, rinse your mouth with water. If possible, try brushing your teeth afterward.

Maintain daily oral hygiene. Brushing your teeth and flossing at least twice a day is essential to keep your teeth free of stains.

Use a whitening toothpaste. This type of toothpaste helps remove surface stains and keeps your teeth white for a longer period. You should use this type of toothpaste only once a week.

Visit your dentist every six months or more often to have your teeth professionally whitened. This helps prevent stains that are difficult to remove.
